Shipping policy

At Deddy Bears Australia, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process for our customers. Please review the following details about our shipping policy:

PROCESSING TIME

All efforts are made to process orders and ship the next business day after the order is placed. 

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Victoria.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING DAYS

*We ship orders only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

*No shipments will be processed or dispatched on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Victorian public holidays.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
If a public holiday falls on a weekday, it will not be considered a business day for shipping purposes. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day (where possible).

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Australia Post Standard delivery which has a delivery range of between 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders shipping nationwide across Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Do you ship orders internationally? - Yes we do!

***Please note - to safeguard our business and ensure legitimacy of orders, some international orders placed may require a copy of photo identification/drivers license to match and validate the order name and address.

Large international orders may also require a copy of written confirmation wanting to proceed with their order along with waiving their right to a return, and filing for a chargeback.
